How the Green Filter Cleaning Machine Works

• Easy to load, automatic and programmable cleaning cycles, filters cleaned in 4 to 6 minutes.
• Dry compressed air cleans filters from the inside out with an additional vibration system that dislodges solid particulates. Pollutant dust is safely captured with our powerful cyclone collector than safely stored in a supplied 55 gal drum.
• Filter Inspection station available, recommended for air intake filters used in Diesel Engines, measures restriction levels of air filters to confirm filters integrity.

How the Injection Cleaning System Works

The Injection Cleaning System releases shop air through a rotating air jet that is driven up and down in a spiral motion inside the filter cartridge. To assist in the cleaning, a vibration system is used to help dislodge solid particles from the filter membrane. The cleaning cycle typically last from 4 to 6 minutes and is fully automated. The solid pollutants are released from the cartridge, and then collected in a dust container which must be emptied periodically.
