The Wet Dust Collector combines high efficiency, low maintenance costs, simplicity, low water usage. The unit can be used to safely collect combustible dust like: Aluminum / Magnesium / Niobium/ Tantalum / Titanium and Zirconium

FEATURES

Efficient operation is possible on a wide range of materials and particle sizes. The filtered air is returned to the building without the need for costly fire suppression equipment. Heavy duty construction using 12 and 14 gauge steel with powder coated finish and polyethylene coated section for the water bath to prevent corrosion.

How It Works:
Dust-laden air enters scrubber and is run through an aqueous bed of water and a series of internal baffles to filter the combustible dust via engineered water streams. Dust is contained in the bottom of the collector for safe removal at necessary maintenance intervals. Water levels are automatically controlled with valves and sensors, including interlock functions to meet NFPA and OSHA codes.
