Typhoon WX-5000 Wet Dust Collector

Overview

Safely capturing hazardous combustibles, Diversitech’s Typhoon WX-5000 Wet Dust Collector prevents the risk of workplace fire or explosion. Extracting explosive metal dust and other combustibles from plant air, the Typhoon WX-5000 was designed specifically for the removal of volatile materials commonly found in the aerospace industry.

The Typhoon WX-5000 uses a 10HP blower to draw in airborne contaminants and filter them through Diversitech’s proprietary “water-tree” baffle design. Once inside the collector, the particles bond with suspended water droplets where they then drain down to the bottom of the collector for safe removal. Capturing airborne particulate as small as 3 micron at source, the Typhoon WX-5000 guarantees cleaner air for your industrial setting.

The collector can also be ducted directly into an industrial machine such as a widebelt sander to extract combustible dust at its source. All Diversitech’s wet dust collectors are constructed with durable stainless steel, guaranteeing your equipment provides years of dependable service.
