Typhoon Central Wet Dust Collector
The Typhoon stainless steel central wet dust collector provides powerful performance and high efficiency filtration capability to handle demanding wet dust collection applications. The collector’s design allows for minimal maintenance requirements and can be configured in a compact configuration or with a dust collection hopper.
The Typhoon wet dust collector incorporates an ultrasonic water level control system, allowing for continuous operations as the unit refills itself to the correct water level. The collector can be configured with CFM ranges of 8000, 10000 and 12000 CFM with external static pressure capabilities up 12” ESP. The stainless steel construction ensures that rust and corrosion are avoided for many years of dependable service.
The Typhoon wet dust collector is capable of handling combustible and explosive dust, high temperature and high humidity particulate and uses no replacement filters or moving parts. Available options include top mounted or ground mounted fans, flat bottom or hopper design, silencer, basket strainer system and HEPA after-filter.

Hydrogen Vent Fan
Exhaust hazardous hydrogen gas as metals oxidizes in water, the vent fan will safely remove hydrogen gas when the collector is not running.
Sludge Removal Vacuum with Hose & Drum
Easily remove accumulated sludge and debris in a wet collector, the pneumatic vacuum will remove particulate for easy disposable in a 55gal drum. A filter bag traps the sludge so you can pump clean water for reuse back into your collector.
This economical noise control device easily attaches to the exhaust and works to both direct the airflow vertically and reduce the “perceived” sound level.
HEPA After-Filter with Frame
High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) filters use ultra-fine glass fibers to capture more than 99.7% of contaminates at 0.3 micros.
