Bombardier - Learjet Dry Downdraft Table Solutions

Problem

Bombardier is a worldwide manufacturer of commercial and private aircraft. The Learjet repair and rework facility in Tuscon Arizona approached Diversi-tech for a dust control solution in their composite sanding area. The client wanted to protect the workers by having the dust removed before it could be inhaled or cross contaminate other parts. Diversitech visited the facility, reviewed the requirements and set out to find the best solution.

The Solution

Diversi-Tech supplied Bombardier with a 4'x6' self contained dry downdraft table with a non-abrasive work surface to try and after 2 weeks of use, they issued an order for 6 total units so that every operator had his own dust controlling workstation.
